What you receive are all the artwork, source files (ie: .html, .psd, .fla, .swf, .max, etc.), fonts, audio and more used to create the template what you see in the previews. Then you can take it and add in your content, new navigation, add new pages, anything you want to do, because you have the source files. Your only limitation is your own personal skills. If you are a beginner and that's a problem, you can even have us make the modifications for you (see "Templates Customization").
